Role of Franchise :-

1.    Franchise will pay Security Deposit Amount of Rs. 10000/- SFT plus Franchise Fee .

2.    Required a Shop on rent minmum 300 SFT to 30000 SFT.

3.    Company will do Interior according to company’s design.

4.    Franchise will pay Rent & Electricity bill of shop.

5.    Franchise will Purchase Products & Equipments .

6.    Franchsie will Report or initiate corrective actions wherever required.

7.    Franchisee has to ensure that all its artists follow the same and customer satisfaction is high.

8.    Franchise will  pay the salary to all Employees.

9.    Franchise will hire and manage Employees.

Role of Company :-

1.    Company will assist Franchise in hiring & training of Employee.

2.    Company will appoint a Store Manager at company’s cost.

3.    Company will provide all the SOPs, Training & Manuals.

4.    Company will give Software to the Franchise.

5.    Company will invest in brand level marketing, digital & social marketing including Google marketing, Just Dial, Facebook.

6.    Company will Provide pamphlates , will give Tv Ad , Radio Ad, Hoardings , News Paper Advt , Glow Sign Board.

7.    Company will do Vendor Registration with all the vendors for All Brand Products.
